Sales mandate
Maximum fees calculated on the net amount payable to the seller.

The brackets are not cumulative: the applicable rate is applied to the entire net seller price.
Property search mandate
Maximum fees calculated on the net seller acquisition price.

Payable by the buyer.
The brackets are not cumulative: the applicable rate is applied to the entire net seller acquisition price, excluding notarial costs.
The amounts include VAT at the applicable rate. The fees actually agreed may be lower and are specified in the mandate.
No transaction fee is payable before the transaction has been effectively completed. The precise terms are set out in the written mandate.
Where several professionals are involved, the fees may be shared without increasing the amount provided for in the mandate.
Important information. This schedule sets out the maximum fees. The amount, paying party and remuneration terms applicable to each transaction are stated in the relevant mandate. Listings for a specific property also state the applicable fee information.
